What you need to know before scheduling your first appointment.
Thank you for your interest in Docere Functional Health.
Dr. Cleveland, our Naturopathic Doctor (ND), maintains her license as a primary care physician in Oregon, but since the State of Tennessee does not recognize licensed NDs, she is only able to provide information and education in the form of a health consultation and will not diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases. What makes our office unique in Tennessee is that we collaborate with our physician assistant when there is a need for laboratory evaluation and/or medications. We do recommend you maintain a licensed primary care provider to manage your overall health needs.
The initial visit is 60 minutes and is $325. Your second visit will be 45 minutes and is $199. Thereafter, most visits are 30 minutes and are $165.
We are not allowed to accept insurance for visits.
